We love red blends, and the Fielding Hills wines are something we would like to highly recommend. We have their 2018 Tribute, 2017 Cabernet and Syrah, and their 2019 Merlot. These wines range from $42.95 to $49.95 and would make fabulous presents. They won’t be available for long. The Island Wine Company opened in 1987 next to the ferry landing in Friday Harbor, WA. David Baughn (an attorney) and Kathryn Lawson Kerr (a clinical psychologist) moved to the island from MS and bought the business. They changed careers and have been selling wine and enjoying island life ever since.This business is the home of San Juan Cellars Wines. The grapes come from eastern WA, and the wine is made by Rob Griffin, one of the most experienced and respected wine makers in the Northwest. Rob is a U.C. Davis graduate and has been making wines in the Pacific NW for over four decades. We sell the San Juan Cellars Wines only at our store in Friday Harbor, WA.

Dry White Wines
2021 Pinot Gris...$14.95. A Iight, crisp, refreshing white with hints of Jazz apple on the finish. Pair with seafood or have on its’ own.
2022 Sauvignon Blanc...$14.95. Crisp, dry and a bit more weight than the Pinot Gris, with overtones of kiwi fruit. Also pairs well with seafood.
2022 Chardonnay...$16.95. Dry, light oak, with hints of vanilla, spice and butter. Stands up to richer dishes.
Semi-Sweet Wines
2022 Riesling...$11.95. Slightly sweet, apricot/apple on the finish. Pair with salads or spicy dishes.
2022 Harbor Blush...$11.95. Lively, refreshing, semi-sweet wine with a strawberry finish. Pair with salads or spicy dishes.
Dry Red Wines
2020 Merlot...$22.95. A lush, dry red with a lingering loganberry finish. Pair with pasta, beef or more substantial dishes.
2021 Cabernet Sauvignon...$22.95. Blackberry, fig, blueberry and toasted bread notes with a long finish. Pair with pasta, beef, or more substantial dishes.
2021 Syrah...$22.95. A bit more substantial than our Merlot or Cabernet, with red fruits, soft tannins and a long finish. Perfect with pasta, grilled meats and pizza.
2019 Reserve Red...$34.95. A blend of 30% Syrah, 35% Cabernet Sauvignon and 35% Merlot. Layers of red plum, loganberry and a hint of graphite wrap around a long finish. Perfect with choice cuts of beef..
Dessert Wine
2020 Moscato...$16.95. A delicate, sweet dessert wine with a long, light finish. It pits well with peaches and pears and can be incorporated into desserts.
